As many of you are aware, Tuesdays have become stir-fry night. Now I know some of us prefer Tex-Mex, but I like to think of it as Smith's take on Mongolian BBQ. For all of you who have actually been to Mongolia, please ignore this comparison, as I am sure American Mongolian BBQ is not actually like real Mongolian food, but it deeelicious.

Anyway, so Morrow Dining gives us the option of either having beef stir-fry, chicken stir-fry, or make-your-own shrimp or tofu stir-fry. All accompanied with sticky-rice. Mongolian? Sure.
I chose the make-your-own shrimp side, prepared by the lovely Sarah. She knows what I like: spicy oil with a little bit of the regular oil, shramp, broccoli, loads o' mushrooms, bamboo shoots, scallions, and all with a mix of teriyaki, sesame, and soy sauce. YUM!
Personally, I don't enjoy the pre-mixed stir-fry. Call me elitist, but the amount of peppers in those mixes is not to my fancy.

I finished this lovely dinner with a dessert consisting of a small slice of pound cake, scoop of chocolate chip ice cream, and little drizzle of chocolate sauce. And the best hot chocolate on campus. Can we ever complain about college-dining-hall food? I don't think so.
Now, I came in late to dinner. Apparently there was a special guest, and I missed her. I am deeply saddened by this, but all I can hope is that someone, anyone, will invite Beth McGann back to Morrow Dining Hall. Will you take this upon yourself?
Overall
Dinner: Delicious, especially if you took advantage of the delicious Morrow options.
Dessert: Om-nomz
Spotted: Beth McGann
Missed: Rachel Morrow Wetmore and Hannah Morrow/Park but not really Park more like Morrow V. Hastings....where were you guys?
Take care of yourselves, and your tummies.
