"It's far too early to be awake. I love Morrow Sunday brunch. Why is my pillow in the laundry basket? What the hell did I smoke last night?"
No matter what happened the previous night, we in Morrow look forward to the most enjoyable meal of the week: Sunday brunch. Omelets, sausage links, monkey bread, awkward and embarrassing stories of last night's adventures complete our weekend.

Anyway, today we had some lovely options: make-your-own omelets, quiche, pierogies, buttermilk pancakes, sweet potato home fries, sausage links (!!!), monkey bread.
I partook in the omelet option, had a rousing conversation with Brittany while in line (her first omelet of the morning), and included in my lovely egg-taco cheese, mushrooms, onions, and bacon. Healthy? Always.
I also had some pierogs and sausages. And some monkey bread with my coffee. Nomzzz.
The quiche was apparently to the liking of Jen Krain, a very special guest today in Morrow Dining Hall, and we are pleased it pleased her tastebuds. She had to make the tough decision between monkey bread or more quiche. For the life of me I can't remember which she chose. But, hopefully she'll come back soon and eat at Morrow again. We loved hosting her.
Breaking News Update: Rachel W likes her sausages with burnt ends. But Hannah V. thinks that's gross. What will they do?
Also Breaking News: Mary-Kate stole bacon from the omelet line. We have a hardcore criminal on our hands, folks. Her targets are normally of the pork variety, and we believe her motive is the post-drunk nomz.

According to a few diners, the pierogs were not as satisfying as they normally are.
Meaghan Fileti, another lovely guest, defended all the humanities students in the room when she stated she "is not a science person" when the explanation of the effects of alcohol on the digestive system (i.e. the booze pooz) proved to be too complex to understand.
Overall...
Spotted: Jen Krain and Meaghan Korrow (King/Morrow) Fileti
Warmly welcomed back: Rannah V. Wetastings. Hanachel V. Hastmore.
Brunch: Warm and filling, perfect for those hungover stomachs.
And it's snowing outside. Go have fun, kids.
Morrow Love Always,
Nom-om-nomz-nommmmity.

Not sure that Mary-Kate got the sharing part.....think she needs more help that I can give....heard tell that pork addictions are some of the worst! Poor kid!......Sally
